Inspired Reiki with Cindy Price

You don’t have to
arrive any certain way.

Reiki is a Japanese complementary practice often described as energy work. Sessions offer a quiet setting where you can slow down and notice your experience.

There is nothing to perform and no particular feeling to achieve. Whether you are curious about Reiki or simply looking for a moment of stillness, you can begin with questions.

Cindy Price is an Energy Healer and Reiki Master, and the practitioner behind Inspired Reiki. The practice is built around a simple intention: room to rest, with respect for your own experience.

The session experience

Unhurried. Simple.
Centred on you.

A Reiki session commonly follows this gentle rhythm. The details can be discussed with your practitioner before you book.

01 / Arrive

Make yourself comfortable.

Begin with a conversation about your preferences, questions, and what would help you feel at ease.

02 / Settle

Let there be space.

Remain fully clothed while resting comfortably. Reiki may involve light touch or hands held above the body, according to your consent.

03 / Return

Take your time.

Allow a few quiet moments to reorient. You may choose to share your experience or simply carry the stillness with you.

An invitation

Nothing to prove.
Space to simply be.

Your experience belongs to you. You can ask questions, change your mind, or pause at any point.

A little clarity

Curiosity is
a good place
to start.

Do I need experience with Reiki?

No prior experience is needed. You can ask about the approach and decide whether it feels right for you.

What might I feel?

Experiences vary. You might notice warmth, relaxation, thoughts, or very little at all. There is no required sensation and no promised outcome.

Does a session involve touch?

Reiki can involve light touch or hands positioned above the body. Discuss your boundaries beforehand; you can decline touch or stop at any time.

Is Reiki medical care or psychotherapy?

No. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. It does not replace care from a qualified health professional.
